Correct daily calories intake goals

So what through me off at first was that it gave a really unhealthy recommendation for how many calories I should be consuming per day.I want to lose 30lbs, I didn’t have a target date, but it told me I needed to consume 700 calories a day to reach this goal… that threw me off because that’s not healthy for any human being. For example Myfitnesspal says I need to be eating 1500 to lose the weight at my desired rate at 1lbs a week. The 700 really eroded my trust in the AI because it could set realistic goals for me from the beginning.
