And I like how Amy is a low friction text editor, it would be sick if some markdown was supported. “—-“ adds a gray line to signify a long break between eating (could be used for further fasting features, breaks could be clicked on for duration, or you could add timestamps to headings). “# Heading” doesn’t count as a new food item but shows a calculation of the total of kcals in the items below it or until the next “# Heading”. It could add a certain level of organization, customization, and coziness to the notes. I also think this goes hand and hand with being able to drag and drop reorder entries within the same day, but someone already added that as a different feature request.
