Only English voice input on "something off"

When editing a meal afterwards with "something off" button below description is only in English. When speaking in another language on home screens works just fine, but I think this input field is not connected to the global setting

Good catch, this is using a different dictation model that's much cheaper, but I didn't realize it would have this impact on language. Will make sure it's consistent!
